Banana Nut Raisin Bread

To get this yummy bread, mix 2c flour, 1.5t baking powder, 1t baking soda, lots of cinnamon, 1/4t salt, 1/8t nutmeg. This is your flour mixture. In a second bowl, mix 3old bananas mashed with 2 eggs, 3/4c sugar, and 1/2c oil. Add this to the flour mixture and mix thoroughly. Mix in lots of walnuts and raisins to your hearts' desire. Pour batter into glassware and bake for about an 1hr at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

In the next 10 minutes (where it was supposed to cool off), almost half of the loaf was gone!

Good thing tomorrow we're going to get more bananas!

Meat-slaw

Looks good so far with minced garlic, chopped onions and broccoli.
Then ground beef was added along with a mix of seasonings
Then cabbage was added to the meat slaw. Serve a scoop of meat-slaw with a slice of leftover costco pizza and this was our dinner for the night. It actually turned out pretty good. I'd say it's balanced meal with your meats and veggies in play.

Breakfast Sandwich

You can't tell, but this was one delicious breakfast sandwich!!!
Starting from bottom to top: It's a toast layered with creamy peanut butter, sliced bananas, more peanut butter, another warm toast and topped with homemade strawberry jam (from a friend). As an afterthought, I should've added a layer of whipped cream!
This was one helluva breakfast sandwich with a glass of nice chill milk.
sooooooooo gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooddddd

Cross Rib Steaks n Veggies

Basically, just take your thin steak pieces and lightly cover with lawry's salt on both sides and place in iron skillet.
 Cook it however you like.
For easy chomping, slice the steaks
Add broccoli. We never seem to have other kinds of veggies in the fridge....
Plate and chomp chomp chomp on such savory deliciousness!

Pizza and Chicken Wings

Okay, so we didn't actually make this. It came out of a box because it was one of those days both me and my hubster did not feel like cooking. All we did was take this baby and place it in an oven.

The above chicken wings were also store bought.

Put them all together on a plate and you got yourself a decent meal without any effort.

Leftover Top Round with Curry n Bread

We took leftovers from Monday and made a curry sauce. The bread was toasted and dipped in the delicious thick curry. There was no veggies this night. But the food was still pretty yummy!

For dessert, we stayed a bit on the healthy side with cantaloupes! It was super sweet. Yum!

Turkey Stir Fry

This is one of those dinners that wasn't as great as all the other dinners, nor did it look as appealing as the others. But hey, you can't have everything everyday, can you.
This dish was made with ground turkey, scrambled eggs, bell peppers, onions, cumin, taco seasonings and other spices. It's pretty good for what it is.
