Place sliced gingers on the bottom of the pan. Place dried fish on top. Steam for about 7-8 minutes or until done. Layer chopped chives on top. And pour sauce on top.
To make sauce, mix 1:1:1 ratio of water, soy sauce and bonito flavoured soup base. And add 2-3 tbs of sesame oil. Boil.And here's the final result! It was delicious!
