Baked Salmon

The other half of the salmon from yesterday, we decided to bake it in foil.
We salted the salmon piece and placed it atop a bed of chopped bell peppers, carrots and sliced lemons. We added pats of putter and sprinkled with chopped dill from my garden! :) It sat in our fridge overnight.

It was then baked in the oven.

Delicious salmon served with mashed potatoes and grilled tomatoes. 
Om nom nom nom!
