For the first layer, there's mashed potatoes with tomato paste and paprika (that's what gives its orange color) and salt and sour cream and garlic powder and pepper (it's got a kick to it). Then we layered pepperoni slices on top. Then you got the ground beef with peas seasoned with taco seasoning. And lastly a top layer of regular mashed potatoes, broiled to perfection. :o) There you have it, a mashed potato monstrosity!
The hubster and I just got married in April 2013 and are kinda settling down again. We used this blog to see what we've been eating over the years, but now we'll use it to post new recipes we're trying/testing/perfecting. Mashed Potatoes Monstrosity
