Eggs scrambled with tomatoes and chopped green onions.
Sliced beef sauted with red robin's seasoning (same as yesterday's)
Tiger shrimp sauted with rice wine and lawry's salt mixed with browned chopped onions.
We would've eaten all of the above with say, rice or potatoes, but sadly, we did not cook the rice or mash any potatoes ahead of time. We were left with the only remaining but delicious option of FLOUR TORTILLAS! :D
