The hubster and I just got married in April 2013 and are kinda settling down again. Chicken n Duck
Chicken brined with red wine this time, giving it a darker color. Leftover peking duck we picked up earlier in the day. Steamed frozen veggies and brown rice with furikake. Yummy!
