Pulled Pork Quesadillas w/ Salsa Verde

Pulled pork made in a crock pot with a bottle of beer, salt and pepper, bbq seasoning for 10 hours. Once cooked and easily pulls apart, shred the pieces and mix with bbq sauce. Then add the pork to a quesadilla. Voila!

This purple drink is made from berry iced tea, pineapple juice and a touch of Disaronno.
