These are ground pork marinated with soy sauce, brown sugar and cornstarch. We then added an egg to it and grabbed a lump and covered it with flour/cornstarch/breadcrumb mixture.
Then we fried it in a pot of oil.
Mm-mmmmmm
Deliciousness in my tummy. The dipping sauce is just mayo and relish. Pretty YUM!
