The hubster and I just got married in April 2013 and are kinda settling down again. We used this blog to see what we've been eating over the years, but now we'll use it to post new recipes we're trying/testing/perfecting. We're looking forward to another wonderful year of new foodies! For keto friendly foodies, search for "keto"

Salmon n egg burger
My daddy made this for lunch for me. My daddy is awesome. It's basically a salmon patty with an egg, sliced cheese and lettuce and mayo on toasted wheat bread with a side of kettle chips. Om nom nom . The best thing about not working is eating delish! lunches.

Salmon Burgers
Frozen patties from costco.
Toasted buns
Layers starting from the bottom: Toasted bun, jalapeno ranch dressing, lettuce, american cheese, salmon patty, sunny side up eggs (cooked so not runny), tartar sauce from last night's left overs, and the toasted sesame bun. Serve with chips on the side. Om nom nom nom nom.... so yummy!

Salmon Burgers
Salmon burgers are so easy to make cuz the patties are frozen and bought in a bag from costco and heated in a frying pan according to directions on the bag! Costco is so awesome! The sauce is homemade though: one part mayo, one part relish - and mix!with lettuce and broccoli florets for greens. Yummy!

Superbowl Sunday
For lunch we had a salmon burger with a side of munchies and a small piece of ribs with beer. Shocktop, raspberry flavor, is actually pretty good and actually tastes like raspberry! It's the only beer I've truly liked.
For dinner, we enjoyed the last of the ribs with hawaiian bread and cool cucumbers for veggies.
These foodies totally rocked my tummy. I was stuffed!
~as a side note, the ribs weren't as awesome as its first day out the oven, but they were still pretty tasty~
