Breaded Fish

Okay, I think I've got my process for breaded fish down! Here's the link for the first time I breaded the fish and it came out super delicious - moist on the inside, nice n crunchy on the outside: http://foodiestuffers.blogspot.com/2012/04/breaded-fish.html. Now, I need to be more consistent with cooking. This time it stayed in the pan for about 6-7 minutes with the first minute under a lid with a bit of water. And when I flipped it over, that side cooked closer to about 4-5 minutes. Yumyum! Serve with lima beans and brown rice for a complete meal.
