To make these delicious fried hot wings, season liberally with chili powder and a bit of salt, then dredge in flour (we used wheat) and fry in oil. Voila! Delicious finger licking hot wings. As usual, we have a side of frank's hot sauce mixed with ketchup for a sweet spicy kick!
