Honey Fried Shrimp and Walnuts

With deveined and deshelled shrimp, pat dry and cover with cornstarch (I ran out and used potato starch).

Dunk in beer batter and fry for about 3-4 minutes

Til they come out looking golden n delicious.

Then place in pan and saute. Add walnuts. And drizzle some honey til nicely coated and crunchy.
