Monster burrito

The first layer on a burrito is cheese and LOTS of it! The second layer is shown above and is made with leftover rice, julienne chuck beef, chopped onions and seasoned with salt and pepper.

The third layer is a tomato guacamole.

Roll it all up in a 10-12 inch tortilla and you've got something super duper tasty to chomp on for dinner!

Beef burritos

We finally bought flour tortillas! (I'm a HUGE fan of flour tortillas than the corn tortillas). Our burritos are complete with thinly slice beef, caramelized onions, salsa, a bit of chopped cauliflowers and of course cheddar cheese. It was totally delicious and very hard to stop eating!
