Black n White Rum Cookies


Turns out it's not all that sweet so if you plan on trying out the recipe, be sure to really pack in the sugar. Also, I used peppermint extract. And the rum we used is the Kraken... dunno if either affected the sweetness of the cookies. 

Anyhoo, my fiance and I decided to make them black and white to add more sweetness:
Tastes way better now. Black side is made with melted semi sweet chocolate chips and a pat of butter and a drop of milk. White side is made with confectioner's sugar and a pat of butter and drop of milk as well. If cookies are refrigerated, it can last at least up to two weeks!
