Breaded Basa Fillets

What you need: basa fillets (or any white fish) rinsed and drained of water. Flour mixed with a bit of fish fry. Egg wash. Bread Crumbs.
Bread Crumbs can be made by toasting 2-3 slices of bread in your toaster, cool it in the fridge and then toast it again. Then place the toasted bread in your food processor. I added a bit of dried parsley and kosher salt and pepper. Taste to make sure it's okay. You can add pretty much whatever you want as long as there's no liquid.

To make this beauty, first wipe off excess water from fish and dredge through flour. Then dip it in the eggwash. And lastly, dredge through the bread crumbs. Cook it on medium heat for about 7-8 minutes or until done. Fish pieces should flake easily.

This was unbelievably delicious, especially since this was a first time recipe! I'll definitely be making this again!
