Remember the fondue last night? Well, we are now using that to make mac n cheese since the majority of our fondue is cheese. I made pasta, cut up the meatballs, chopped up a half onion, place a couple slices of american cheese, added a sprinkle of chopped cilantro and mixed it together.
And then you've got a somewhat fancy mac n cheese. Turned out pretty delicious!
