Rice, Chicken n Corn

The last of the fried rice, more brined-then-baked-then-broiled chicken and corn.
The chicken was cooked slightly different than usual because it was baked until it was almost cooked through, then sat in the oven at really low temp for about an hour. This made the chicken fall-off-the-bones freakin delicious. Then broiled for a crispy outside. Another amazing meal.
