Baked Chicken w/ Salad

Because my fiance is on a keto diet, we changed our chicken brine from salt and sugar to salt and herbs (thyme, rosemary, a bay leaf, n black pepper). It's still pretty tasty and the aroma is simply amazing. Brined and baked chicken is THE best dish ever. If you add ketchup and Frank's hot sauce together, you get an even more flavor kick, which is SO good with the chicken!
