Szechwan Shrimp and Soba

Ingredients: 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup ketchup, 2 tbs soy sauce, 1 tbs and 1 tsp cornstarch, 2 tsp honey, a pinch of crushed red pepper, 1 tsp minced ginger, 2 tbs vegetable oil, a handful of green onions, sliced, 8 cloves garlic, minced and 1-1/2 pounds tiger shrimp (raw), tails and vein removed.
Instructions: 1. In a bowl, stir together water, ketchup, soy sauce, cornstarch, honey, crushed red pepper, and ground ginger. Set aside. 2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in green onions and garlic; cook 30 seconds. Stir in shrimp, and toss to coat with oil. Cook til just plump. Then, stir in sauce. Cook and stir until sauce is bubbly and thickened.
