This is pan fried sliced brisket with green onions and those long stringy mushrooms. Seasoned with salt and pepper and a little drizzle of sesame oil.
The first picture placed on a bed of soba noodles. Mmm, asian foods! :)
ps: all soba noodles are served with soba sauce....
