The hubster and I just got married in April 2013 and are kinda settling down again. We used this blog to see what we've been eating over the years, but now we'll use it to post new recipes we're trying/testing/perfecting. SalmonSkin-wich
Basically, we pan-fried salmon skin with olive oil and lightly salted it. We smeared cream cheese on it. Then placed it in between double sheets of salted and roasted seaweed. Totally yumsters and way better than our original salmon skin. A+++++++++
