So we went to Trader's Joe to stock up on cheapo wine to cook with later when I saw these. Asiago cheese with sopressata salami. I've never tried that kind of cheese nor that kind of salami and decided to get it. Man, the asiago cheese is smelly. I can't really describe the flavor but I can tell you that it's not sweet, savory or creamy. I think it's an acquired taste. It does go well with the salami though. We heart salami! It also goes great with guacamole and crackers!
