Salad, Day 3

For Wednesday night, we had leafy greens with canned tomatoes, chopped boiled eggs, shredded carrots, whole olives, sliced avocados, candied walnuts (my hubby's creative idea) and cubed cheese on the side (i favor sharp cheddar). To make the candied walnuts, all you do is get chopped walnuts, place in frying pan with a lil bit of oil. Then, heat them up for a few seconds and add drizzle honey over them. Stir the walnuts til evenly coated. Than, nom nom nom away!
