Salad, Day 4
For Thursday, our leafy greens were infused with leftover canned tomatoes, shredded carrots, canned corn, candied walnuts and sliced avocados. So far, we've had a pretty healthy week of green dinners. Dare I say we're going green? I don't even eat my salads with dressings because it's simply not needed. Although, for a really good balsamic dressing. I mix a 1 to 3/4 ratio of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, respectively, and add crushed sea salt and pepper. I actually used this dressing on yesterday's salad. Pretty yumsters!
