These quesadillas were once again made in a waffle-maker. It's kind of slow if you need to feed a family of 3 or more though. Nevertheless, it's quite delicious. Bf cooked and seasoned ground turkey with ground sausage together along with some chopped onions. Place rice, beans, corns, lettuce, cheese, ground turkey n sausage etc for your meaty-licious quesadillas!
