Hot Wings n Pancakes

for breakfast!
Boyfriend bakes the wings in the oven at 500°F for about 40 minutes or until nicely browned and cooked. In a separate bowl, he mixes Frank's Hot Sauce with a pat of melted unsalted butter and a bit of liquid smoke. Mix in the wings and make sure all wings are coated nicely.

Then enjoy!

I also made pancakes! The recipe is derived from my waffles recipe. The only difference is I added about a 1/2 cup of honey and a tsp of baking soda and a cup of water. The consistency should be like honey, a bit runny but still a bit gloopy. If the consistency is like water, add more flour. If the consistency is like that of a waffle batter, add more water. If you like crispy pancakes, add oil to your pan and pour batter on top of it. If you like soft pancakes, don't add oil to your non-stick pan. It'll brown really nicely. When there's a lot of bubbles, flip your pancakes. Bf and I really enjoyed our special Sunday breakfast. :D
