Waffles!

We use a pretty basic recipe for waffles: 2 cups flour, 2tbs sugar, 1tbs baking powder, 1/2tsp salt, 1 3/4 cups of milk, 6 tbs veggie oil and 1 large egg. (I doubled the batter in the picture above... one of the eggs had a double yoke!)

By the way, for any extras, just place them in an airtight container and put them away in the freezer until you're ready for some munchies!

YUM! My family LOVES waffles! We grab 'em to eat for breakfast, lunch and even dinner! Waffles are so versatile because you can add anything to the batter and it'll still be pretty delicious! Add raisins, dried cranberries, chocolate chips, chopped hard candies like butterfingers, jam (but it can get messy), marshmallows (melt it first), chopped fruits, cream cheese and so much more.
