Superbowl Sunday Foodies

Prep the steaks by rinsing briefly under cold water and then pat dry. Then cover all sides with lemon pepper seasoning. Cover with saranwrap and refrigerate until ready to eat.

Made some cornbread from scratch with cornmeal flour.

Prep the wings for late lunch munch: half with lemon pepper, remaining half with kosher salt. Bake in preheated oven of 475F for about 45 minutes or until done.

Washed some very red strawberries. Sa-weeet!

Fried up a bit more salmon bellies and deliciously eaten with sour cream.

Hot wings are baked to perfection with a nice golden brown skin.

Hot sauce warmed up and mixed with butter. Mmmmmmm.

For the wings with only kosher salt, place'em in the hot sauce.

Lemon pepper wings on the left and regular wings on the right with more hot sauce in the sauce cup.

Kettle Chips!!
Steaks were seared in hot cast iron for about 60 seconds on each side then placed into preheated oven for about 8 minutes, flipping after 4 minutes or something like that... the fiance took care of this.....

Super scrumptious dinner with sliced steak, cauliflower n cheese mash and cornbread. Soooooooooo delicious in my tummy!!!
