Sooooooo, I made a crapton of potsticker and freezed them. I'm sure I've said it before but it sure is handy having premade dumplings in the freezer to make when I don't feel like doing full-on cooking. Sadly, it isn't perfected science since they ended up sticking to each other. Had to defrost in the microwave for a bit before I could pry them off.
A plate full of potstickers for daddy. It's another favorite in this household!
